Delivery and shipment will be done within the Philippines only, arranged and booked by Sanbera.

The standard delivery fee within Metro Manila is Php 200.00 for credit and debit card, or any online payments.
 
Php 170.00 for Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) payments. (Please note that the C.O.D. delivery method is only available within Metro Manila.)

For orders outside NCR, on the other hand, there is a Php 270 shipping fee. ​

Shoes don't fit right?

We accept size change requests! (maximum of one time only).

Please note the following:
a. There is an additional Php 150 fee.
b. The exchange policy is only operational within NCR.

4. Fitting Policy

Accepted Answer

Want to try on the shoes first?

Request to fit our footwear items for a maximum of two sizes and two models to try on, personally delivered to your doorstep! (Only applicable for NCR/Metro Manila addresses).

Conditions: 
a. Must be present during the fitting process. After fitting, you may already decide to purchase the product/s via cash or online payment. Or, return the fitted pair/s to us.
b. A fitting fee of PHP 170 shall be issued after the fitting process.
